Public discussion of a Bettendorf Storm Water Utility has been removed from tonight's agenda. According to Wally Mook, "Because businesses asked to the city look at the rate structure again we decided to do that, so it will be off the agenda for about a month."

Public discussion of a Bettendorf Storm Water Utility has been removed from tonight's agenda. According to Wally Mook, "Because businesses asked to the city look at the rate structure again we decided to do that, so it will be off the agenda for about a month."

Wally says City Staff is looking at putting together a steering committee with representatives from various interests in Bettendorf to develop a palatable rate structure.
